CBDg REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY.

SECTION 1. ERRORS, SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Errors, shortages or goods damaged in transit must be notified to sales@cbdg.gg within 3 days of receipt. Please include as much descriptive information as you can, including photographs of the problem if appropriate, so we are in a position to take remedial action as soon as possible. Including your order number/reference within the subject line of your email greatly assists our helping you.

SECTION 2. FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, you must notify us within 21 days of the goods being received. If you inform us of faults after the 21 day period, then we are unable to accept the item/s for return. To resolve the situation as soon as possible, please contact us by email at sales@cbdg.gg including as much information as you can, including photographs where appropriate.

In most cases, faulty items need to be returned to us for inspection and in such cases we will provide you with a Return Label and a Return Form. The Return Form needs to be completed and sent with any returned items.

Faulty items may be eligible for either replacement or refund. If you return a faulty item where there are missing products or parts (which were previously included with the item) then only a partial refund or partial exchange may be issued.

SECTION 3. UNWANTED ITEMS/ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR/CHANGING YOUR MIND

If you change your mind and wish to return items, please contact us within 21 days of receipt at sales@cbdg.gg so we can assist you. For logistical reasons of consignment tracking we cannot begin the returns process until the goods have physically arrived at your shipping address.

We can only accept returns if the items are brand new, unused, undamaged and complete within the original undamaged packaging. You are liable for paying the return shipping costs and will be deemed responsible for damages incurred during return transit due to inappropriate packaging. We recommend returning items using a traceable/trackable service, including shipping insurance cover if the items are valued at or above £50. This is the safest way to ensure the returned goods reach us and we can process your request.

If the returned product is not in the condition in which it was shipped, we reserve the right to refuse the return, or to issue a partial refund after assessing the item for damages.

Although all orders remain subject to consumer law in terms of quality, purpose and description, some products are excluded from being returned if you change your mind and consequently there is no automatic right to cancel your order once it has been despatched. Excluded products include but are not necessarily limited to certain items considered as foodstuffs, products with a finite shelf life and products where consumer safety could be compromised if the packaging or contents were to have been unnoticeably tampered with.

SECTION 4. WARRANTY

We offer warranty for products for up to 90 days from the date of purchase with the exception of eliquids, CBD products and clearance items for which no warranty applies.

Please inform us as soon as possible at sales@cbdg.gg of any problems within the warranty period and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue. We are unable to accept any warranty returns after the 90 day period has passed.

Warranty does not include consumable items or fair wear and tear.

In the case of a manufacturing defect we will offer a repair, exchange, credit note or refund dependent upon the nature of the product and the defect. If, as part of the warranty claim, products are returned to us with missing parts or accessories, we reserve the right to issue a partial exchange, credit note or refund.

We are unable to consider warranty claims where the manufacturer's instructions have been ignored, including but not limited to:

  • Products which have been misused in any way Products which have been damaged due to misuse
  • Products which have been dropped and suffered impact damage
  • Products where any liquid (including eliquid) has come into contact with parts of the item not designed to be in such contact
  • Products which have been altered or modified in any way Products where any type of repair has been attempted or made
  • Products which have been used with any accessories not specified by the manufacturer

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Refunds and Returns Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to our Refunds and Returns Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
